Affordable health insurance?

"I've USAA as my auto  insurance  . Here is the story that is trunk. I had been parallel parked alongside a road here in Atlanta as well as a car (probably) was trying to get from his/her house and struck the remaining driver side bumper fairly hard (damaging the color and loosening up the bumper very good...and breaking the tail light). A note was not left by this individual. I also provide uninsured motorists coverage. Today USAA says that I will must pay the ded. Why could not they placed it beneath the uninsured drivers  insurance   and so I wouldn't need to spend a cent I've instead
